Coronavirus Tips You Can Rely On
When it comes to the coronavirus in Metro Detroit, it’s not surprising that people are becoming more concerned every day about what’s going to happen and how to remain safe. The good news is that it’s possible for everyone to maintain a better level of protection during this pandemic. With the following tips provided by both CDC and the World Health Organization (WHO), you can stay safe.
- Wash the hands: This is the big one. While using a combination of soap and water, be sure to follow the CDC recommendation of a minimum of 20 seconds at a time to ensure the best protection for yourself.
- Sanitizer still counts: Hand washing isn’t always convenient. When that’s the case for you, you can still make sure you’re protected by using sanitizer that’s at least 60% alcohol to help prevent coronavirus.
- Self-isolation: Also known as social distancing, this is the big one for the Metro Detroit community overall. Stay home as much as you can. When out, be sure to maintain a distance of six feet from the nearest person to help minimize the spread of coronavirus in Metro Detroit.
- Clean the home: Germs exist everywhere including your home. As such, it’s critical you maintain the cleanliness of the home. For the best results, be sure to follow the sanitization protocol established by the World Health Organization.
